Raleigh RedHawks Rugby Announces New Partnership with Groundworks®
Foundation repair leader joins as an official premier club sponsor, supporting equipment, player scholarships, and program growth across the RedHawks’ youth and men’s rugby teams
RALEIGH, N.C. (August 4th, 2026) — The North Raleigh Youth Rugby Association, home of the Raleigh RedHawks Youth and Men’s Rugby Club, today announced a new partnership with Groundworks, North America’s leading foundation repair, basement waterproofing, crawl space, and concrete lifting company. Groundworks joins the RedHawks as an official club sponsor, supporting the organization’s over 100 athletes across teams ranging from U8 through high school and adult men’s rugby.
The partnership will help fund a range of priorities identified by the club, including match jerseys and rugby equipment for players, travel and scholarship assistance for families with financial need, and sponsor banners displayed at RedHawks matches and tournaments across North Carolina, South Carolina, Virginia, and beyond. In exchange, Groundworks will receive brand visibility across the club’s jerseys, warm-up gear, event banners, and website.
“Partnerships like this one with Groundworks make a meaningful difference for our players and their families,” said Dave Krosner, President, Raleigh RedHawks. “This support helps us ensure participation is accessible to every athlete who wants to play, regardless of a family’s financial circumstances and we are extremely grateful for Groundworks’ generosity.”
“We’re proud to support the Raleigh RedHawks and the values this program instills in young athletes. Groundworks is committed to investing in the communities we serve and this partnership with the Redhawks is one example of that commitment,” said Brian Santos, General Manager at Groundworks. As part of the partnership, Groundworks branding will appear on RedHawks match jerseys and on sponsor banners displayed at the more than 20 events the Redhawks annually across multiple states. Groundworks will also be listed as an official premier club sponsor on redhawksrugby.com and across the RedHawks’ social media channels.
