Want to be a part of the fastest growing sport in America? Whether you’re just getting started or looking for an opportunity to showcase your skills and play in college, players of all skill levels are welcome to join us at any point during the season. As the current D1 State Champions at both High School and Middle School, our program is the one of the largest in the USA. We field over 150 youth players on any given weekend. Join the movement and be a part of the newest Olympic sport.
Why play rugby?
2021/2022 Season
Coming this fall (September and October 2021) we will have teams entered in the Falls 7s tournament.
We will resume 15s training in January 2022

HS Boys and Girls Varsity Travel Rugby and National Tournaments (Jan-May 2022)

Jamborees are held on Sunday afternoons from 2PM-6PM (game times vary each week) around the local area. There will be a couple of Saturday games and we will communicate those once the final schedule is released.

Why play rugby?
- Opportunities for college team placement. Since 2018 we have had over 50 players with rugby collegiate scholarships . - Opportunities for USA Rugby scouting visibility. We have generated 4 USA All American players. We were the only club in the State to have five players represent the USA Rugby South team in the World Rugby RAN Tournament. All players played in the Final against Mexico. We have the first player in the triangle to be selected for the High School All American Team. We had several players represent USA South (Total 15) in Las Vegas Sevens and the Salt Lake City Sevens tournaments . In addition several players were selected and played for the Eagle Impact Rugby Association and toured Canada. and Ireland.
- Incidence of injury in rugby is 10% compared to 52% in NCAA college football
- Football teams that implement rugby style tackling not only have a lower missed tackle percentage, but also less concussions. Check out the Seattle Seahawks
- Average rugby players runs 4.4 miles per game!
