Our mission is to make the Redhawks the premier youth club in the nation, both on and off the pitch. We are a club that, regardless of its successes, is never satisfied but instead strives each day, month, and year to be better than the last. To accomplish our goals, we will empower boys and girls to become men and women of empathy and integrity who will lead, be responsible, and change the world for good. Our club’s ethos is that the “Team Towers Over the Individual,” and we are “One Club, All In.
